CUSTOM BUILT CEDAR STRIP ROWING SKIFF.  This custom single seat rowing skiff was never completed by its original owner builder and was subsequently stored upside down outside for 10+ years.  It is of Bead & Cove Cedar construction with Polyester Fiberglass on the outside which has unfortunately deteriorated but will peel off and be easily replaced.  There is no issue with the cedar underneath.  Comes with a never installed complete 'Ro-Wing' Sliding Rowing Seat frame with parts needed to install it. Plus two Hudson Carbon Fiber Sculling 'Cleaver Style' Oars. Replacement on this unit if new would be well in excess of $10K.  Easy winter project.
