This is a rare Chris Craft KBL Flathead Hercules 6-cylinder triple carb engine with serial number 72410, removed from a 1956 CC 19' Capri that we sold in 2021. It is in its original 6-volt starter generator configuration but can be converted to 12-volt if desired. The engine underwent a professional rebuild in late 2018, with new 30-over pistons, rods, and main bearings, and the crankshaft, valves, and seats were also ground. All gaskets and seals were replaced, the block was hot tanked, and the engine was repainted in post-war CC Blue. It has been used sparingly with no more than 5 hours on the break-in period.
