1956 M-100 Mercury Hotrod (Canadian version of the F100 Ford)

The engine is a big block Chevy with aluminum heads, a massive blower with twin 4 bbl carbs that dyno’s at over 700 hp.

Current owner asked asked us to create a nautical theme for the truck that would work well with his Classic Chris-Craft Capri. We decided to add a box lid that mimicked the hatches you would see on a mahogany speedboat. As for the interior, we took a page from the 1966 Thunderbird. The existing seats hinged forward and had a lot of chrome and the console from the TBird was a great fit. Birds eye maple was used on the dash, the console and the door panels. The interior completed in green leather.
