This is a first year model for the third generation post war ‘blonde deck’ runabouts for Chris Craft which were made up to 1958 in this ‘bullnose’ style. They replaced the popular Riviera’s of the early 50’s with similar styling but with more current automotive styling touches like wrap the around windshield.
Boat is currently named "Foxy Lady"
Bottom
The boat has a complete new no soak bottom.
Hull
Replaced some planks on the hull and deck and finished it with correct stain and 12 coats of varnish. Live seams on the bow deck will need a refresh.
Hardware
It has all of it’s original Chrome hardware that has been re-plated, as well as restored gauges, electrical and steering wheel.
Engine
The boat also has it’s original Chris Craft Hercules KBL triple carb engine with new Zenith Carbs. It was checked over and noted to be in good condition.
All the running gear – prop, prop shaft, rudder, throttle and shift linkages, fuel supply and tank, etc were also serviced or replaced.
Interior
Crash pad and black pyramid flooring included in price. The non-original upholstery could be replaced with your choice of colors etc. at additional cost.
Trailer
It comes with a single axle Shoreland'r trailer.
