This 1948 Chris-Craft 17' Deluxe was kept in Lake Tahoe until the current owners purchased the boat in 2012. The vessel is being sold by the current owner for health reasons. Unfortunately, detailed information about the boat's history and specifications is somewhat limited, as the individual most familiar with it is no longer able to provide full insight. We’ve included all known details and welcome any questions/surveys.

Bottom

The bottom does not require soaking and is believed to have been fiberglassed. Work is currently underway to deal with a couple of minor issues.

Engine

The boat was converted to a Chris-Craft 283 FWF V8 engine which has replaced the original 6 cylinder engine. The engine has just been completely rebuild and will have only break in hours.

Hardware

All chrome hardware is present and shows well.

Trailer

Comes with the pictured custom built 2015 tandem axle trailer made by SB Trailers. Trailer features include a folding tongue, brakes, diamond plated fender covers and custom 1948 badging.
