Jones Hacker
1926 JONES HACKER 26'
This exceptional motor boat was originally built to a John Hacker 'Dolphin' design by Jones Boats of Kelowna, BC in 1926 for one Cliff Renfrew of the Holt Renfrew Department Store family. We have some period family photos of the boat in it's original finishing. She still carries her original name 'ANWOLEK' which is Kelowna spelled backwards.
Displayed at a couple of Antique & Classic Boat Shows in Kelowna is about all she's been in the water. The boat has been stored indoors in a climate controlled environment facility since restoration.
Hull:
In excellent restored condition with very little use since restoration in the late '90's by Dave Lobb of Northwest Classic Boats when he was in the Seattle area.
Engine:
She is powered by a big block Ford Marine engine in very good condition. Owner has the period correct 6 cyl Kermath engine that was originally the second engine installed in the boat which is available at additional cost if desired.
