1910 DUTCH SALON BOAT - Absolutely Stunning 31' Fantail Cruiser!!

Believed to have been built around 1910 in Northern Holland for cruising on the canals - original builder no longer known. Total restoration done in Holland between 2003-11 purportedly to the original drawings or ones very similar.  Cabin structure, interior, etc all in Mahogany. Includes many original style period fittings including hardware, sinks, etc. Recent surveys indicated it was an unusually well restored original classic. Power Supplied by a 1955 SABB 2GH - 16hp @ 2000rpm Diesel motor with cruising speed of 5 knots and range of 60 nautical miles with 30 gallon fuel tank.

Accessories include: Shore Power (220/110), heater, stereo, Head w/holding tank, old fashioned goose neck sink and cabinet in the Head, a Galley Sink with Cold water tap (20 liter tank), beautiful etched and stained glass windows, custom made period style tables and seating inside the cockpit, built in Air-Horn, 12 volt coffee/tea/soup maker, refrigerator, canvas fitted cover, canvas weather curtains with windows, period style velvet curtains & cushions, exterior seat cushions, lines, life jackets, anchor and a 10 liter diesel Jerry Can.

No trailer but does include the custom made steel cradle used to import it in a 40' container from Holland to Florida.

Vessel is in very good operating condition structurally and mechanically.  Owner has sold his canal side property and would just like to see this gem go to another responsible caretaker.
