This boat was previously well known at classic boat shows as 'Satin Doll'. Boat is now located in the mid-west area and can be viewed with suitable notice.  Waiting on more current photos but boat is said to be still in Bristol condition.

There are few 'Barrelbacks' as well known as this one.  Spent most of it's time on the west coast in fresh water and is a multiple show winning restoration including at the 2014 Lake Tahoe Concours where it was entered in the Marquis class along with roughly 20 other barrelback design boats.  Judged as a first place winner in that class she is pretty much as close to perfect (as delivered from the factory) as one can get. Since then she has gone on to garner a number of other first place awards - most recently in Michigan.  The orange decks seams are factory correct for 1940 and were offered as an option according to the factory build sheet.  Same with the upholstery and steering wheel.  Comes with a nice tandem axle trailer with new (this past year) Tires and Wheels and includes a custom fitted waterline cover.
